Potato and Pickle Sandwich

You dont have any stuffing for making sandwich, you dont know how to make sandwich with simple ingredients, then you should give a try to this simple sandwich. This simple and satisfying sandwich goes for boiled potatoes and leftover mango pickle paste. Just spread this spicy pickle paste over a bread slice and top it with boiled and sliced potatoes. Toast them in a tawa and enjoy it. How easy na, trust me we just had this simple,quick sandwich for our dinner. Since ever i tried this sandwich, we are having this super easy breezy sandwich atleast once a week. Obviously you can carry this spicy, filling and satisfying sandwich whenever you plan for picnic, they stays prefect and this sandwich suits prefectly if you have spicy and savory tooth.

Today am running my last week of blogging marathon with Picnic hamper as theme, obviously i'll be posting picnic friendly dishes for the next two days. Its summer here, we always plan weekend picnics and obviously if its planned suddenly i'll obviously go for sandwich.Since sandwiches are prepared quickly they suits prefectly for this week's theme.You can carry this potato and pickle sandwich in your lunch box, you can replace the potatoes with tomatoes or grated carrots if you like potatoes in your sandwich.Check out the Blogging Marathon page for the other Blogging Marathoners doing BM#41.

2nos Small potatoes (boiled & sliced)

Mango pickle paste (as per need)

Butter/oil for toasting

4nos Bread slices

Spread the pickle paste over all the bread slices, arrange the sliced potatoes as per need over a slice.

Top it with an another slice.

Heat oil or butter in a tawa.

Toast the prepared sandwich in medium flame on both sides.

Slice it as two.

Serve.
