Sometimes we doesnt need to search for a long to fill our kid's snack box, just a simple homemade cookies is enough to make them happy. I have made couple of easy breezy cookies which are quite addictive and my kids will go crazy if they saw them. One among those cookies is this eggless, but not butter free custard powder and chocolate chips cookies. These cuties are dangerously addictive and they are kid's friendly snacks to enjoy without any guilt just with a glass of milk for anyone's evening snacks.With simple and easy ingredients, these cookies gets ready very easily and trust me they will get vanished very much quickly too.
If they are properly conserved they stay prefect for a week, but i bet that none can stop just with one, yes we couldnt stop yourself munching these cuties. Am sending these buttery cookies to Sangee's Love2Bake and Bake Fest#29 event by Vardhini,hosted by me.These cookies are going to be a part of Holi special, yes we a group of friends decided few days back to celebrate virtually Holi by posting anything as holi special since i opted for yellow colour, am joining my friends to celebrate Holi in our own way that means virtually.
Whisk the butter,confectioner's sugar together until they turns creamy.
Add immediately the flour-custard powder mixture and gently mix ,fold in the chocolate chips and mix until they forms as a soft dough.
Make small balls out of this dough.
Arrange over the baking sheet already prepared, bake for 15-20minutes.
Put off the oven, arrange the baked cookies over a wire rack to gets cool completely.
Conserve them in an air tightened box.
Enjoy with your favourite drink.

2cups All purpose flour
1/2cup Custard powder

Sift together the all purpose flour and custard powder, add in the vanilla extract,keep aside.
Add immediately the flour-custard powder mixture and gently mix ,fold in the chocolate chips and mix until they forms as a soft dough.
