I seriously want to give a try to a different chaat food than the usual one, finally i went with rotis, yes my today's post goes for a simple roti cut as small circles with a round cookie cutter which is later fried in oil. While serving,i simply served this fried rotis simply topped with cubed potatoes, chopped onions, cubed tomatoes along with sweet and green chutney. If you have partially cooked chappathis or rotis, just give a try to this chaat, actually you wont miss the papdis here, fried rotis ressembles as much as like papdis and we loved it very much. You can also top this fried rotis with sweet corns, chickpeas etc depending upon your desire.
If you have sudden crave for chaat, then you can give a try to this easy breezy version of chaat prepared simply with partially cooked chappathi/roti. We couldnt stop ourself having this dangerously addictive chaat and kids just loved munching this fantastic papdi like chaat. Am running my second week of blogging marathon with Chaat special as this week's theme and hence am posting this delicious fried rotis chaat.Check out the Blogging Marathon page for the other Blogging Marathoners doing BM#48.
