Scrambled Eggs with Green Bellpepper & cheese

My family can have anything with eggs, obviously most of my sunday brunch will definitely have eggs. Even a simple egg omelette with some bread slices makes an excellent filling brunch. Since i picked Weekend brunch as this week's theme, i couldnt resist myself to post this lipsmacking cheese and flavourful scrambled eggs. This scrambled eggs loaded with green bellpepper and cheddar cheese will definitely satisfy anyone's tastebuds. Initially i thought of  preparing a frittata with bellpeppers since my lil one asked scrambled eggs, i just dished out this easy peasy scrambled eggs.

Scrambled eggs with bellpeppers & cheese

Served along with a fruit salad and some bread slices, this scrambled eggs suits prefectly for a lazy weekend brunch.If you dont like adding green bellpeppers, just go on with your favourite vegetable and make this cheesy scrambled eggs to satisfy everyone at home. Scrambled eggs, Eggs with green bellpepper & cheese

4nos Eggs
1/4cup Milk
Salt
Pepper powder
1no Onion (chopped)
1/2cup Chopped green bellpepper
1/4cup Cheddar cheese (grated)
Oil

Beat the eggs well with salt,pepper powder,milk and cheese, keep aside.

Meanwhile heat a tablespoon of oil, saute the onions and bellpeppers together until they turns soft.

Add in the eggs and cook in medium flame,

Stir the eggs until everything gets well cooked.

Serve hot with bread slices.
