We are in spring here and obviously strawberries and raspberries are showing their heads in our nearby farmer's market. Needless to say none can resist to the beauty of these berries. I couldnt resist to their freshness, without any hesitation i grabbed a kg of super fresh strawberries and raspberries. Back home, kids enjoyed thoroughly with some whipped cream and H had his dose of strawberry salad. Finally with the leftover strawberries,i thought of making some syrup but i opted for an interesting chilled dessert.
Strawberry yogurt mousse, sounds awesome rite. Definitely this mousse will be an excellent light dessert after a heavy meal as this mousse goes for simple and easy ingredients available in your kitchen. Strawberry puree, greek yogurt and agar agar powder is quite enough to make this ultimate dessert. Am running second week of blogging marathon with Kid's delight-Creamy foods as this week's theme, needless to say that this dessert suits simply prefect to the theme i picked for this week.Check out the Blogging Marathon page for the other Blogging Marathoners doing BM#52.
