I have couple of bookmarked dishes, seriously the list is just going on and on. Obviously i want to clear them as soon as possible as all those bookmarked recipes are sitting for a long.Thank god, finally i can make three dishes out of my list coz of this week's blogging marathon. I picked Bookmarked recipes as this week's theme, after a delicious and rich looking malai baingan aka creamy eggplants in tomato sauce, my today's recipe goes for an another easy breezy potato dish prepared simply with yogurt. You can just relish this fabulous potato yogurt curry with some puffy pooris or else simply with rotis.
You can dish out this Dahi wale Aloo easily in less time, i bookmarked this delicious side dish from Anjana's Maayeka once she posted this dahi ke aloo. Actually i was waiting to make this side dish at home while making pooris. Hubby hates pooris, needless to say i can make pooris only during hubby is at work and kids at home. Mostly i make pooris for our lunch, this time while making pooris instead of making the usual channa masala, i dished out this quick dahi ke aloo. We just enjoyed this lipsmacking side dish with pooris, kids loved this mildly spicy potatoes cooked in tangy yogurt sauce.
