My today's recipe goes for Maladu aka pottukadalai laddoo, pottukadalai is roasted grams which we usually make chutney out of this grams. This maladu goes for just five ingredients and you can make this laddoos in a jiffy. Maladu makes an excellent sweets to serve even to sudden guests as this lipsmacking laddoos are very much quick to make. The main ingredient for making this laddoo is melted ghee, the addition of ghee in this laddoo makes this maladu more tastier than the usual easy laddoos in which people use milk instead of melted ghee. However making this fried gram laddoos using melted ghee atleast once a while will definitely satisfy everyone's tastebuds.
