After a fabulous red banana icecream shake, this healthy smoothie goes for this week's theme. 3tbsp Muesli (soaked in warm water)
Honey (optional)
Take the banana, yogurt, soaked muesli and honey in a blender.
Blend everything well.

I never tried muesli. I guess irons time to try it with a smoothie.
