My kids are ardent fans of peanut butter and chocolate, obviously if i bake anything with peanut butter or with chocolate chips or else with both together, they will be double happy and enjoy having those bakes without any guilt. One among those baked goodies i have tried recently is this super flaky puffs which is simply stuffed with a teaspoon of smooth peanut butter which i topped with chocolate chips. This puffs goes for easy baking as well, this incredibly flaky puffs gets ready easily within 15-20minutes. Trust me, this puffs are seriously very dangerously addictive and kids will definitely go crazy if they saw this super flaky puffs.
Am running this week's blogging marathon with Kid's delight- Chocolate as this week's theme, since this puffs are my kid's recent favourite, i couldnt stop myself to post this incredible snacks for this week's theme. Just with three ingredients, you can bake out this puffs with less efforts. 1no Puff pastry sheet
Smooth peanut butter (as per need)
Chocolate chips (as per need)
Line a baking sheet over a baking tray, preheat the oven to 350F.
Cut the puff pastry sheet with a round cookie cutter to get medium sized round discs.
Drop a teaspoon of peanut butter in the center,top it with chocolate chips, cover it with an another puff sheet disc.
Press it with a fork.
Transfer them to the already prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20minutes,until the crust turns golden brown.
Remove the baking tray from the oven, let the puffs gets cool completely.
Enjoy with your favourite drink.
