Almond and coconut works awesome in most of the bakes, though you can make many ultimate desserts and sweets with this incredible ingredients.I have been looking for making a sweet of this combination and finally i did some sweet balls aka ladoos for my kid's snack box. Trust me, grated coconut and whole almonds have excellent nutritional values and they are advised to take atleast twice or once a week in our diet. Though you can dish out many delicious foods out of it, this sweet balls are seriously very easy to make, no roasting nothing is needed to make this fantastic healthy balls. I used dessicated coconut, whole almonds to make this beauties, once grinded you can just roll them as balls and enjoy them.
No need of ghee, or milk for making this healthy and protein rich laddoos. These laddoos stays prefect for a week in room temperature if they are conserved properly, but trust me they wont stay that much long, as these laddoos are seriously very addictive and you cant just stop with one. If you have a bite of this laddoo, you will keep on munching this laddoos. We simply loved it and these laddoos are going to this week's blogging marathon as am running with cook with coconut as this week's theme.
1/2cup Whole Almonds
1/4cup Sugar
1/2cup Dessicated coconut
2nos Cardamoms
Take the whole almonds, sugar, dessicated coconut and cardamoms in a blender.
Blend everything well until the mixture turns moist.
Transfer the mixture to a plate and roll small balls out of the mixture.
Conserve them in an air tightened box.
