Cucumber Sour Cream Salad

A well known salad with cucumber is this super creamy cucumber sour cream salad. Quite easy to make and very refreshing salad to relish happily while the climate is too hot. However this super delicious salad can be served as an accompaniment to serve along with some grilled meats.If you are planning to make this easy breezy salad, dont forget to pick thin cucumbers with small seeds or else simply some seedless cucumber. Dill leaves are usually added to this salad, but i went with mint leaves, this works awesome. Obviously if you want a super refreshing salad for the upcoming summer, then you have to give a try to this crunchy salad.

Am running this week's blogging marathon with 'Salads' as this week's theme, for the first day of this week's theme, am sharing this simple, yet a super creamy and crunchy salad to enjoy prefectly for a get together or else to pack for a summer picnic. However, this salad is very easy to put together. Some use sugar in this salad to bring the sweetness but i completely skipped it as i dont want a sweet salad.

2 Cucumbers (peeled & sliced thinly)
few chopped mint leaves
Salt
Pepper powder
1/2cup Sour cream
1tsp Vinegar

Take the sour cream, salt, vinegar,pepper powder and chopped mint leaves in a bowl, mix well.

Add in the sliced cucumbers and toss everything well.

Keep in fridge for half an hour.

Serve.
