Sandwich, definitely a filling meal which is prepared simply with any filling along with two bread slices. How easy na. If you are in hurry and dont have enough time to cook up your meal, its better to stick with healthy,super filling sandwiches.My today's post is going to be definitely a healthy sandwich which gets ready very quickly and the filling goes for a no cook vegetable mixture. Since i had some sweet corn kernels in my fridge and cherry tomatoes, i simply prepared this sandwich with these two vegetables and spiced them up with salt and pepper powder,topped with grated cheese. This grilled sandwich makes an excellent meal to carry either for your lunch or else to enjoy thoroughly for your dinner with salads.
This grilled and healthy vegetarian sandwich goes for easy preparation, even a kid can make this ultimate cheesy sandwich to please anyone's tastebuds with an adult's help. If you want to add more vegetables just go on, am sure carrot, boiled potatoes and finely chopped green capsicums works awesome as a filling to make this grilled sandwich. Kids will enjoy thoroughly this excellent sandwich as this sandwich will definitely satisfy anyone's hungry tummies.This sandwich is going for this week's blogging marathon as am running with 'Quick Meals' as theme.
1/2cup Sweet corn kernels
1/2cup Cherry tomatoes (chopped)
Grated cheese
Salt
Pepper powder
Bread slices (as per need)
Take the sweet corn kernels, chopped cherry tomatoes in a bowl.
Add in the salt and pepper powder as per need and toss everything gently.
Heat the sandwich maker, take a bread slice, top it with the vegetable mixture,top it again with grated cheese, now close it with an another bread slice.
Continue the same way with remaining bread slices.
Grill this sandwich and enjoy warm.
