Vegan No Bake Oats Bites

This week's blogging marathon is going to be 'No Bake Desserts', obviously whoever dont have the humble 'oven' can dish out some no bake desserts without any difficulties. To kick start the first day of this week's blogging marathon, am posting a very simple but dangerously addictive oats bites. This oats bites are eggfree, butterfree, yes these cute balls are completely vegan. With less efforts and less ingredients, you can dish out this fantastic rolled oats bites within few minutes. Peanut butter is a must though any nut butter can replace it very well. However we are great fans of peanut butter hence i used smooth peanut butter to roll out these bites.

No bake peanut butter & rolled oats energy bites

Though couple of healthy ingredients can be added to this oats bites, i opted for just rolled oats, flaxseed meal, cocao powder, sugar and smooth peanut butter. Very quick and definitely an easy dessert to make when your sweet tooth crave for some sweets. Microwave cooking is needed just to melt the peanut butter. Its such an easy dessert, even a kid can prepare these bites with a help of an adult.
