Chinese Style Stir Fried Noodles

Noodles are our family favourite, obviously i always have dried noodles packet in my pantry which i never fail to pick from Chinese stores. Noodles are seriously life savers if you have less time to prepare your meal. My today's recipe is a prefect example for a quick meal, you doesnt any vegetables to peel or chop, just a packet of sprouts and scallions is quite enough to add the nutrients and flavor to this simple dish. Actually this Chinese style stir fried noodles makes an excellent lunch box meal definitely a kid's favourite dish as well.

Just dark soya sauce is much needed to give a colour and  to spice up this simple noodles. No onion, no garlic is needed. With less efforts and less ingredients, you can dish out this stir fried noodles easily and quickly to pack a lunch box. A super filling meal as well, however sesame oil is much needed to make this stir fry, dont forget to get the Chinese sesame oil, which is prepared with toasted sesame seeds and this oil will have a fabulous aroma. Just with 4 ingredients, this noodles can be a super filling dish as well.Am running this week's blogging marathon with Recipe with 4 ingredients as theme hence am posting this delicious noodles.

Chinese Style Stir Fried Noodles

1packet Egg Noodles
1cup Chopped Scallions
2cups Bean sprouts
2tbsp Dark Soya sauce
1tsp Sesame oil
Salt
Pepper powder

Cook the noodles in hot water until it turns soft, drain and keep aside.

Now heat the sesame oil, add immediately the bean sprouts and chopped scallions and saute for a while.

Now add the cooked noodles, dark soya sauce, salt and pepper powder, stir fry the noodles until the noodles gets well coated with soya sauce.

Serve hot.
