Kiwi, this fruit is loaded with vitamins and we get this fruit throughout the winter just to boost our immune system to afford the chilled weather. Its adviced to take this fruit especially during winter atleast thrice a week. However kiwi fruit have its important place in our fruit basket. Once Kiwi shows their heads in fruit stalls, i dont forget to grab some to please our tastebuds. Obviously i dont forget add them in salads, in most of my bakes or else in smoothies. Smoothie prepared with Kiwi will definitely please everyone, if banana is added to it, trust me this smoothie will definitely become the most favourite of everyone.

After a delicious spiced Persimmon smoothie, i dont want to miss a chance to post this ultimate smoothie for this week's theme. We enjoyed this smoothie for our brunch and one of the best way to sneak both kiwi and banana.You can even carry this smoothie in smoothie containers to enjoy anytime of the day.
2nos Kiwi (peeled & chopped)
1 Banana (chopped)
1cup Milk
Sugar (as per need)
Take the kiwis, banana, milk and sugar in a blender.
Blend until the mixture turns smooth.
Serve in glasses and enjoy.
