Grilled Cheesy Pizza Sandwich

If you are looking for an easy breezy sandwich to pack in your kid's lunch box or else for an evening snacks, you should check my today's cheesy pizza sandwich. Just with three ingredients, that too with easily available, pantry friendly ingredients you can dish out this cheesy sandwich. To dish out this droolworthy sandwiches, you just need some bread slices, store bought pizza sauce or homemade pizza sauce and grated cheese. How easy na, put evening together and grill the sandwich. If you dont have grilling iron or oven, just toast them in a tawa.

This ultimate sandwich is definitely a kid's friendly dish and trust me, kids will ask you to prepare this sandwich quite often. You can add any cooked meat chunks, sliced vegetables to make this simple cheesy sandwich more interesting, since am running with Just three ingredients as theme for this week's blogging marathon, i just went with three ingredients. However mix and match ingredients to make this sandwich more healthy and filling one depending upon your tastebuds.

Grilled cheesy pizza sandwich

4 Bread slices
2tbsp Homemade or store bough pizza sauce
1/2cup Grated mozzarella cheese

Spread the pizza sauce generously on two bread slices.

Top it with grated mozzarella cheese. Meanwhile heat the grilling machine, once its ready.

Place the already prepared bread slices to the grilling machine, close the machine.

Grilled Pizza Sandwich

Once those bread slices gets well grilled.

Remove and slice them into two.

Serve immediately or enjoy warm.

Cheese sandwich can be made in so many ways, isn't it? Regardless of how it is made, it is yummy! Btw, my today's 3 ingredient recipe is also with cheese and bread.

Such a simple and satisfying sandwich..I havent tried this combination alone yet, will always add seasonings. This should taste yummy too!

Priya thank you for reminding me of this simple and yet tasty sandwich. I use to make a lot when my kids were at home. Its a great recipe to make as a light dinner option for adults too.

This is a wonderful twist to the regular plain grilled cheese. My sauce loving boys would love this. I am assuming these have to be eaten right away as they could get soggy in the munch box. I will make these as an after school snack.
