My today's post is one of the easiest dessert you can dish out in few minutes with less efforts. Oreo, this ultimate chocolate delight makes some excellent desserts. My kids are ardent fans of desserts prepared exclusively with this oreo biscuits eventhough i buy this biscuits very rarely. Obviously whenever i pick these biscuits from stores, i dont forget to make some desserts with them. Oreo biscuits suits absolutely prepared for making some cheesecakes, often used as base in chocolate-cheesecake crust,you can use these biscuits as base for mini cheesecakes or cheesecake muffins. My today's post is also a simple, no egg cheesecake parfait prepared with simple whisking process.
Yes this cheesecake is completely no-bake, even no cooking in stove top. Just whisk cream cheese, whipping cream,powdered sugar, and crush the oreo biscuits, thats all. Layer this two ingredients alternatively, and your oreo cheesecake parfait is ready to relish after a lunch as dessert. Trust me, these parfait will definitely become your favourite. 20nos Oreo biscuits
1cup Whipping cream
3/4cup Powdered sugar
2cups Cream cheese
1tsp Vanilla essence
Take the oreos in a ziploc bag, crust them well with a rolling pin.
Now take the cream cheese, powdered sugar in a bowl, whisk well, finally add the vanilla essence and mix well and keep aside.
Whisk the whipping cream, now fold gently the whipped cream to the already prepared cream cheese mixture.
Now take a serving glass, spoon enough crushed oreos, top it with the cream cheese mixture,drop again enough crushed oreos, and top finally with the cream cheese mixture.
Continue the same process with other serving glass.
Conserve them in fridge for atleast an hour before serving.
While serving,place a oreo and serve.
