Eggless Confetti Microwave Cake

Microwave cakes are seriously a blessing and terribly easy to dish out if you have sudden cravings. Though its simple to prepare anything through microwave oven, trust me am reducing the usage of microwave nowadays. Last weekend, my daughter asked me to make some simple cake for her brunch. She came back to home after her Morocco trip, obviously i cant refuse her request. Instead of preheating oven, i opted for a simple, quick, delicious and definitely an easy cake with some coloured sugar sprinkles. This cake takes hardly less than 3 minutes to get ready. Yes cooking time may varies depending upon on your microwave power. Mine took 1 minute to get ready. Hence if you preparing these sort of easy cakes through microwave dont forget to go through the booklet we usually get with your microwave oven.

Eggless Confetti Microwave cake

This confetti microwave cake calls for easy preparation with usual ingredients, dont forget to mix and match the ingredients depending upon your tastebuds. I opted for a simple vanilla cake with confetti sugar pearls. Even a kid can prepare this cake with an adult's help. An excellent evening snacks as well if you dont feel like whisking your usual bakes. Am running this week's blogging marathon with Mother's day Special and this cake suits prefectly to dish out on a Mother's day to please anyone at home.
