Hyderbadi Fine Biscuits, these flaky biscuits are quite popular in many cafes in Hyderbad. These flaky biscuits sounds as much as like Palmiers or Elephant ears biscuits. And the best part of this biscuits, you just need 3 ingredients, yes you heard it rite. Just a puff pastry sheet, sugar and some flour is quite enough to prepare these utterly delicious and dangerously addictive biscuits. Actually i have bookmarked these biscuits from Usha's space. Quite a quickest biscuits as well to prepare and bake if you have puff pastry sheets in fridge or in your freezer. My kids went crazy when i served these biscuits for their snacks and they kept on munching. Hence i finished baking these biscuits with two puff pastry sheets.Sending this to Srivalli's Kid's Delight event, guest hosted by Ritu themed on Movie Time Munchies.
Even a kid can bake these biscuits easily with an adult's help as its quite an easiest biscuits that one can roll out and bake. Am running this week's blogging marathon with Kid's Delight - Movie time munchies as theme, hence these flaky biscuits are going for the theme. Kid's approved that this biscuit is one the best biscuits i have baked. Since puff pastry sheets are easily available for us, its quite an easy job for us. In case if you dont get puff pastry sheet, dont forget to try your hands with the traditional way of preparing puff pastry sheets at home. Dont forget to bake these biscuits without any fail.
