Spicy Cauliflower Masala

Broccoli and cauliflower, both these vegetables are the most hated vegetables at home before few years, but now these both vegetables have their important place in our weekly diet. I like to cook with these both vegetables either by making gravies, casseroles, fritters or simply as masala or curries. Obviously i make varieties of curries with these both vegetables, trust me both vegetables are loaded with many vitamins and have numerous nutritional values.

Coming to this masala ,this dish is very easy to cook, you doesnt need onions, tomatoes obviously no chopping onions or tomatoes apart from cutting the cauliflower florets. This masala goes prefect as side dish with anything, we loved having this simple and delicious spicy cauliflower masala with rice for lunch and with rotis for our dinner. Yes this masala is very much versatile and you can make some sandwiches out of it.I cooked up this dry curry from Divya's Space and it came out extremely flavourful and delicious.Every 2nd and 4th tuesdays of the month, we a group of friends shares authentic dishes from Tamilnadu and the name of the event is Tamizhar Samayal Tuesday, please do check the announcement if you want to be a part of it.
