Puffs, this flaky and dangerously addictive finger food is our family favourite, i have already baked varieties of puffs from savoury to sweet, however i never tried cheese puffs.I thought that the addition of cheese may turn the flaky puffs somewhat heavy to have. But still i couldnt stop myself to give a try to a quick, simple and obviously a super cheesy puffs with some sliced mozzarella spiced with pepper powder and salt.Trust me, i was wrong, this puffs turned out simply awesome, very delicious and absolutely cheesy. They just vanished within few seconds and the oozed, melted cheese turned out this puffs more addictive. We just enjoyed thoroughly this cheese puffs for our dinner with some tomato salad.
This cheese puffs gets ready very quickly if you have some puff pastry sheet at home,Personally i felt that mozzarella cheese suits absolutely prefect for making this puffs. A simple pepper powder and salt is quite enough to spice up this absolutely flaky puffs. If you have cheese lovers at home, dont hesitate a second to give a try to this puffs.
