After relishing few scoops of homemade dark chocolate icecream i couldnt resist to whip out a simple but still a delicious and healthy shake with banana and flaxseed. Needless to say how healthy flax seeds are, obviously i dont forget to add them quite often in our weekly menu. I do variety of dishes with flax seed meal. Actually flax seed have their important place in my pantry. If you check my space, you can find variety of dishes i have dished out with this incredible seeds. Since flax seeds are rich in omega 3, i dont hesitate a second to add them especially in our rotis and in most of our summer special beverages. Obviously my today's post goes for 3 ingredients shake and trust me this shake is definitely a healthy summer drink.
Since i had some scoops of chocolate icecream ,i just whipped all the ingredients together to prepare this shake. If you want to skip the chocolate icecream and go with any other icecream of your choice just go with, but dont forget to add flax seeds. Trust me, the addition of flaxseed wont change anything in the texture or in taste. An incredible way to sneak flaxseed easily,not to forget that adding flaxseeds in drinks in one of the easiest way to feed kids.Am running this week's blogging marathon with Just 3 ingredients as this week's theme.
2 Bananas
1tsp Flaxseeds
Few scoops of Eggless Dark Chocolate Icecream
Take the bananas, flaxseeds, chocolate icecream in a blender.
Add water and blend everything as a smooth shake.
Serve immediately.
