Detox means removing harmful obviously one can get rids of the toxic or unhealthy substances. I have heard this word 'detox' just before few months and i couldnt resist to give a try to this detox diet. Initially i started with Detox water and this water helps a lot to get rids of toxic substance and keep yourself refreshing. My version of detox water calls for Grapefruit, Lime and cucumber. Cucumber is an anti inflammtory and helps a lot to stay hydrated and the lime helps a lot for boosting your immune system and cleaning out harmful toxins, grapefruit help you to burn fat.Though the easiest way to get your detox water everyday is by simply squeezing out the juice of a lemon in the glass, i'll advise to give a try to this detox water which will be quite refreshing and aromatic.
Just with few ingredients, you can mix and match the ingredients according to your personnal taste and wish. Detox water have become very popular recently and i crossed so many versions of this kind of water. You can add melon, raspberries, cinnamon etc to give a unique taste to your detox water. If you dont like to drink water for a day, then give a try to this citrus infused water aka detox water, you wont stop yourself drinking this water. Am running this week's theme with detox diet as theme, i will be posting three different detox diet friendly recipes.
8cups Water
1/2 Grapefruit (sliced)
1/2 Cucumber (sliced)
1 Lime (sliced)
Add the sliced grapefruits, sliced cucumber, sliced lime pieces to the water.
Allow them to sit in fridge for a couple of hours or atleast for 2hours.
Drink before each meal or finish this detox water within a day.
Make this water everyday to keep it fresh.

After making n then testing all the delicious things that we make, detox becomes a necessity to keep our weight in check....n the grape fruit is making it look so attractive
