If you are dieting or else you want to keep urself fit, dont forget to add more soups and salads in your daily meal. I love to have a bowl of soup everyday either for my lunch or for my dinner as its quite easy to dish out soups. However a bowl of soup is quite enough to fill a hungry tummy. Though i always try to add potatoes in my most of soup recipes, this time i skipped potatoes and went with wheat rava. Yes i replaced the humble potatoes with wheat rava, adding wheat rava to your soup will make it more interesting and healthier as well. Not to forget that addition of wheat rava will definitely helps a lot for thickening the soup as well.
While green peas is an excellent protein rich vegetables, i love to make soups or steamed cook green peas quite often to have atleast once a week in our meal. My today's post goes for a simple preparation and i opted for pressure cooking. Cooking your soup in pressure cooker is definitely a life saver and the soup gets ready very much easily with less efforts. Am running this week's blogging marathon with Whole wheat dish as this week's theme. Obviously am posting this green soup for this week's theme as i prepared this soup with wheat rava.
