Vegetarian Bolognese Stuffed Bread Rolls

Can you enjoy having a vegetarian bolognese stuffed bread rolls for your evening snacks with a cup of tea or coffee or else to enjoy thoroughly for your dinner with some salads. Trust me you will enjoy thoroughly this incredibly delicious vegetable loaded bread rolls without any side dish or spread. Vegetarian bolognese makes an excellent stuffing to stuff the usual yeasted bread dough. You doesnt need any other specific ingredients to make this absolutely delicious bread rolls.We enjoyed thoroughly this ultimate bread rolls for our lunch along with some salad and grilled meats. However you can enjoy this bread rolls even for your breakfast.

Vegetarian Bolognese Stuffed Bread rolls

As i told earlier, this incredible stuffed bread rolls are going to this week's blogging marathon as am running this week's theme with One Sauce Two dishes. You might have noticed that i have posted a vegan and vegetables loaded popular Italian sauce aka Bolognese Sauce for this week's theme. After some incredible Calzone, my today's post for this theme is this softy vegetarian bolognese stuffed bread rolls. Pull a bread roll and just it, how easy na. Though i went for a spiced bread rolls, the bread dough was seriously very easy to make, if yeast god behave good to you.

Vegetarian bolognese Stuffed bread rolls,Bolognese Stuffed Bread

3cups All purpose flour
1cup Luke warm water
1tsp Dry instant yeast
1tbsp Sugar
1/2tsp Salt
3tbsp Olive oil (for kneading)
1/2tsp Chilly flakes
1tsp Cumin seeds
Olive oil for brushing
Vegetarian Bolognese Sauce (as per need)
1cup Grated cheese
Milk (for brushing)
Sesame seeds

Take the sugar, salt, flour,yeast,chilly flakes, cumin seeds, warm water in a bowl. Knead everything well, add gradually the olive oil for kneading.

Knead well for few minutes until you get a soft and smooth dough.

Arrange the dough in a greased bowl,keep aside for an hour in warm place.

Once the dough doubled the volume, punch the dough and knead again.

Divide the dough as 9 equal balls, knead each ball for a while to get a smooth surface, now flatten each ball with your palm.

Drop enough vegetarian bolognese sauce, top it with enough cheese, bring the edges together and seal well. Continue the same process with the remaining dough.

Arrange each balls to a greased square baking pan,let them sit again in a warm place for an hour.

Brush the top with milk and sprinkle some sesame seeds.

Preheat the oven to 350F, arrange the baking pan and bake for 25-30minutes until the crust turns golden brown.

Put off the oven and let it cool completely.
