Brownies, this ultimate chocolatey loaded baked treats will definitely please anyone's tastebuds easily.My kids are great fans of brownies. They just love it at anytime of the day. Obviously whenever we feel down or feel like having something sweet, i dont forget to bake some ultimate brownies. My today's post is Almond brownies, these squares are pure chocolate bliss and definitely sinful. Though almond brownies can be baked flourless or completely as gluten free, i opted for both flour and almond meal. Easy to make and prefect for a evening snacks, these sumptuous baked treats will definitely please your sweet tooth.
1/2cup Butter (melted)
1/2cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2cup Flour
1/2cup Almond Meal/Flour
1/2tsp Baking Powder
1/4tsp Salt
Silvered almonds
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 7 inch square pan and set aside.
Combine the melted butter and cocoa, stirring to combine.
Add sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Add the almond meal, all purpose flour, baking powder and salt and mix to combine.
Spread into the prepared baking pan, sprinkle some silvered almonds and bake 30 minutes.
Slice and enjoy.

These brownies came out dense fudgy centre and a thin crackle top. We really enjoyed having this brownies while they were still warm, but trust me they tastes even much better when chilled too. Am running this week's blogging marathon with Kid's Delight - Chocolate as theme, since these ultimate brownies are my kid's favourite, i couldnt resist to post this delicious brownies.

Replacing 1/2 of apf with with almond meal is such a nice idea. Brownies must have tasted amazing.
