As we are chocolate lover family, i couldnt stop myself to prepare this easy breezy chocolate sauce flavored with cinnamon powder. This flavourful chocolate sauce when drizzled over your pancakes, your bread toast or else simply to top over your banana split, trust me you will definitely fell in love with this ultimate sauce. With simple ingredients and easy cooking process, your cinnamon chocolate sauce will gets ready in less time to enjoy with your favourite desserts or foods.
If you would have went through my two previous posts, you might have noticed that am running this week's blogging marathon with Toppings as theme for this week. Though chocolate chips are used usually in most of the chocolate sauce, you can still prepare your chocolate sauce with dark cacao or dark chocolate syrup. I went with cark cacao, which works awesome for making this luscious sauce. Conserve them properly, if you prepare this sauce in large quantity. Trust me, an excellent sauce to relish with your favourite dessert.
1/2cup Dark cacao
1/2cup Milk
1cup Cream
1/2cup Sugar
50grams butter
1/4tsp Cinnamon powder
In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm together cream, milk, sugar and butter.
Stir well until the sugar gets dissolves.
Put off the heat and add cacao powder and cinnamon powder.
Whisk well until the sauce turns smooth.
