While i was googling for an interesting Restaurant style potato curry, i accidentally crossed this British Indian restaurant style potatoes from The Curry Guy space. Spiced with usual Indian spices, trust me this potato curry tastes like our South Indian kurma though coconut or cashew like thickening agents are not used in it. However this potato curry calls for ginger garlic paste, garam masala. Cooked as much as like curry, this British Indian pre cooked potatoes can be served prefectly with a bowl or rice or else it can be eaten simply with Indian flatbreads.
Since the spices are tempered in ghee, trust me the aroma and taste of this dish will definitely tickle your tastebuds. Seriously i didnt missed the Indian flavors in this dish, and trust me its one of the easiest dish to give a try if you want some easy side dish to serve along with your rice or breads. Am running this week's blogging marathon with Make take out at home as theme, since this British Indian restaurant style potatoes are served in British Indian Restaurants, this dish is going to this week's theme.
