If you have noticed i have been posting fritters for this week's blogging marathon, after two delicious different fritters, today am sharing this incredible onion fritters aka Kyethun Kyaw which is quite essential to garnish Burmese traditional dish of Mohinga. These onion fritters are very easy to dish out and the flour mixture goes for this fritters is very interesting and easy as well. Actually four flours are used in making this fritter's batter. Rice flour, glutinous rice flour, self raising flour and chickpeas flour makes this dangerously addictive fritters. These fritters when served along with a chili dip makes an excellent evening snacks.
