I love to bake breads very much at home. Yeast god behaves prefectly awesome with me, obviously i have been baking breads since few years. Yeast can be either fresh, dehydrated, levain, but still breads can be baked at home. Every weekend, i dont forget to bake breads at home as my kids enjoy homemade bread with their favourite spread or butter/jam. Either sweet or savory, everyone at home love to grab a slice of those homemade breads once they comes out of the oven. Sometimes, even before i click pictures, my kids finish the bread as they couldnt resist to the aroma of freshly baked breads. A life of a blogger is not that much easy. Obviously a blogger need to pre-plan everything and to google or check their cookbook collection to bring some delicious dishes virtually to their readers. But still blogging is a real passion for me after cooking, baking, crocheting and knitting.
And this bread is completely an eggless bread but not a vegan as this beautiful bread calls for grated cheese. I enjoyed adding cheese in this bread dough as well as on the top of the bread. Trust me this cheese pumpkin bread suits absolutely prefect to enjoy as a sandwich or else as an accompaniment to enjoy with a bhaji. However we had this bread as much as like Pav Bhaji and we finished our dinner happily with this incredible yellowish bread. The texture of this bread itself will shows how spongy this bread will be na. Get your pumpkin puree and bake this incredible spongy bread.
