With just eggs, salt, soya sauce and sesame oil, one can make this steamed eggs easily. Enjoyed warm, this steamed eggs is a prefect breakfast style eggs to indulge without any fuss as well. 2 Eggs
1cup Water
Salt as per need
1tbsp Soya sauce
2tsp Sesame oil
Dry herbs or chopped spring onions
Break the eggs and take everything in a bowl.
Whisk the eggs well, add the water and salt, whisk everything well.
Filter this mixture and transfer the mixture to two or three ramekins.
Meanwhile heat a steamer, wrap the ramekins with a cling wrap.
Place the ramekins on a steamer and steam cook for 10-15minutes.
Let this steamed eggs rest for 5 minutes.
Top it with soya sauce, followed by sesame oil.
Garnish with dry herbs or chopped spring onions.
Enjoy warm.
