Sorakaya Verusenaga Nuvvula Kura/Bottlegourd Curry with Peanuts & Sesame Seeds

Am a great fan of both bottlegourds and peanuts, obviously if i get a chance to cook with these ingredients how can i hesitate a second to cook with. My today's dish is a delicious Andhra style bottlegourd curry which i crossed here long back and i bookmarked it immediately.. A lipsmacking curry to relish hot with some rice and papads, we loved this super nutty curry very much. Though the main ingredient for making this recipe is bottlegourd, both peanuts and sesame seeds paste is a must to cook this curry which turns this dish more delicious with a fantastic aroma.

If you are looking for a different side dish to cook with yard long beans aka long beans, then this incredibly easy stir fry will definitely please you. An interesting combo stir fry to enjoy with a bowl of rice or else with some rotis. Easy to dish out this stir fry asks for usual spice powders and easily available ingredients apart from the yard long beans.If you dont get this yard long beans you can replace these vegetables very well with french beans or beans.

Gulab jamun/Gulab Jamoon with ricotta cheese, yes you read it rite. Am so happy to try my hand with this ricotta cheese gulab jamuns. Actually i can get easily ricotta cheese than gulab jamun readymade mix, yes i have to take a train to go Indian stores and have to travel for half an hour, by the way to get ricotta cheese, i have to walk just for 5 minutes to get a box of this ultimate cheese. Obviously when i crossed this recipe from Savitha's kitchen, i was super excited to give a try. Trust me this jamun came out extremely delicious and the dough gets ready very much easily too.

Though i get varieties of chocolates here, my favourite is always 70% dark chocolate. Do you know this dark chocolate is loaded with magnesium. If you feel down, take a piece of this chocolate and enjoy. This is how i keep myself happy.
