Fried rice, this word itself makes me hungry, am an ardent fan of Indo chinese fried rice, obviously if i cross any new variety of fried rice, i dont forget to bookmark it immediately. Recently Vaishali of Ribbons to Pastas posted an easy breezy Mexican fried rice, i immediately bookmarked it and tried it yesterday for our lunch. Its a simple, super quick, delicious, flavourful rice with bellpepper, corn kernels. If you have cooked rice aside, then this rice dish will take definitely less than 10 minutes to get ready. Buñuelos Mexicanos/Mexican Buñuelos
Buñuelos Mexicanos is a popular fritters prepared during Christmas and New year's day. Though Bunuelos do exists as round balls, this flat shaped fritters are a sort of street foods in Mexico served along with hot atole and tamales to keep warm during their festive shopping.
