Eggless coconut cookies
Am running the first week of blogging marathon with Kid's delight-Party foods/finger foods as this week's theme. I used dessicated coconut for making this cookies, if you want to give a try to this cookies with freshly grated coconut, dont forget to dry roast them before baking these cookies. However dessicated coconut works awesome in this cookies. You just need sweetened condensed milk, all purpose flour along with dessicated coconut. How easy na, make these cookies without any hesitation and am sure you will love it.Check out the Blogging Marathon page for the other Blogging Marathoners doing BM#60.Sending to Kid's delight - Party food hosted by Priya, event by Srivalli.
