Since the last weekend was a long weeked for me, i gathered all the ingredients to grind some dosa batter for a week. Obviously i couldnt stop myself to grind some red rice-mixed dals batter to make some dumplings. This dumpling batter goes for an easy preparation and no fermentation is needed. Just leave the batter in room temperature for an hour and make your dumplings with your paniyaram pan. You can have them either for snacks, breakfast or else for dinner if you dont feel like making your dinner.
