If you are planning a get together or else running out of idea to dish out a simple and super delicious dessert after a meal, dont forget to take a look at this easy breezy pudding. Chocolates, we love it to the core, obviously i cant think out of the box apart from chocolate when i picked Are you pudding me? as theme for this week's blogging marathon. This dark chocolate beauty will definitely please anyone's tastebuds and it takes very less time to prepare this ultimate dessert. Heavy cream and cornstarch are the main ingredients to dish out this delicious pudding eventhough chocolate is a must.
Easy to make, even a kid can prepare this delicious pudding with a help of an adult. A crowd pleaser as well, served in a small glass these pudding makes an excellent dessert. However you can prepare this pudding either with milk chocolate or white chocolate though my pick is always dark chocolate chips.
1cup Chocolate chips
1/2cup Heavy cream
1tbsp Cornstarch
1cup Milk
1/4cup Sugar
1/2tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch salt
Take the heavy cream, chocolate chips in a heavy sauce pan, heat and stir until the chocolate chips gets melts.
Add the milk ,sugar to the chocolate-cream mixture and bring everything boil.
Mix the cornstarch with enough water to make a thin paste. Meanwhile add the vanilla extract, salt to the chocolate mixture.
Finally add the cornstarch mixture to the chocolate and whisk until the mixture turns bit thick.
Remove from the heat and let it cool slightly.
Pour in small serving glasses and arrange them in fridge atleast for an hour or two hours.
Enjoy chilled.
