Kachhe Kele Ki Sabzi/ Spicy Raw Banana Stir fry

You can dish out many delicious dishes out of Raw banana aka plantains. My today's recipe calls for an easy breezy preparation. Just with a mix of simple spice powders and crushed garlic cloves  you can make this super quick sabzi with less efforts. No need of chopping onions, tomatoes as this recipe doesnt need all those vegetables to cook with. Diced and cooked raw banana is quite enough to dish out this super delicious stir fry. Served along with curd rice or with a sambar rice, trust me this spicy raw banana stir fry tastes absolutely ultimate.

Am running this week's blogging marathon with quick and delicious stir fries, and this quick raw banana stir fry suits absolutely prefect as this dish asks for just few minutes preparation. This stir fry gets ready in less than 10 minutes as this cooked raw banana pieces as very easy to cook. 

Spicy Raw Banana Stir fry

2 cups Raw Plantain (peeled & diced)
1/2tsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
3nos Garlic cloves [crushed]
1tbsp Red Chilly Powder 
1tsp Coriander Powder 
Few Curry Leaves 
Salt 
Oil

Boil enough water and add the diced raw banana pieces to the water and let it gets cooked.

Drain the water from cooked plantain. Add salt, chili and coriander powders to plantain pieces and mix gently.

In a pan heat oil, let crack cumin seeds,add curry leaves, crushed garlic cloves and saute until golden brown.

 Add cooked plantain/raw banana pieces, red chilly powder, coriander powder and salt, saute and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame until the plantain pieces gets well coated with the spice powder.

Serve with rice and rotis.

this stir fry seems very flavorful. My only doubt is, don't bananas get mushy on cooking?
