Microwave 1 minute Single Serving Brownies

Brownies, this chocolate loaded usually baked as square shaped dessert makes an excellent sweet dish to relish after a meal. If its a quick and easy version brownies who will say no, i tried my hands is making a minute single serving brownies for this week's blogging marathon. My theme for this week's blogging marathon is Kid's delight-Chocolates. Obviously kids will go crazy if they see this delicious quick brownies. Easy to make, you can dish out these alluring brownies with less efforts, almost like mug cake, you just need a bowl or ramekin to cook these brownies through microwave cooking.

It took me just a minute to get ready, obviously this brownies are dangerously addictive, even a kid can prepare the batter easily and bake it in microwave oven within a minute with a help of an adult. Microwave oven cooking time may varies depending upon the power of your oven,however this brownies gets ready very easily and quickly than you can imagine.Not to forget that these dark beauties are completely eggless and butterless.

2tbsp All purpose flour

2tbsp Sugar

1tbsp Cocoa powder

1tbsp Vegetable oil

2tbsp Milk

1tbsp Water

pinch Salt

Chopped Walnuts

Take all the ingredients together in a bowl, mix everything well until its turns a semi thick batter.
mix everything well..

Pour enough batter in two ramekins.

Microwave it for a minute.

Enjoy warm with a scoop of icecream or chocolate syrup.
