Cashew Dark Chocolate Fudge

This week's theme for blogging marathon is going to be Christmas candies. Christmas is nearing and its going to be much fun here, we love this period of festivity. This year, we will be celebrating Christmas and New year at our friend's place as we are planning for a get together with other friends since a while. Obviously each and everyone are supposed bring some of their home made dishes to make this get together more delicious. Am planning to make some bakes and some starters to carry. Am eagerly waiting for this day, as its going to be some super fun moments to meet few of our friends who were living in South France. Coming to today's post, am kicking starting this week's theme with a simple yet a nutty, rich, chocolatey and dangerously delicious fudge.

Double Chocolate Beets Muffins

If you ask me to pack something to munch while travelling especially for kids, i will make sure to bake some muffins. Muffins are very easy to pack and ready to enjoy at anytime of the day. A prefect travel food for kids. From breakfast to dinner, muffins can replace very much a meal if they are baked with healthy ingredients in it. My today's recipe is an excellent baked goodies to pack if you are planning for a travel with your family. Since we are chocoholic peoples, i cant think more than baking some chocolate loaded muffins as i picked Kid's delight - Travel food as theme for this week's blogging marathon.

No Bake Oats Chocolate Cookies

One of the easiest cookies is my today's oats loaded chocolate cookies. With simple and pantry friendly ingredients, am sure this cookies will definitely become your most favourite cookies. Quick to make, dont forget to make these cookies as this cookies are completely 'No Bake'. These cookies calls for stove top cooking process. Usually peanut butter is used in most of the no bake cookies, but mine is completely a different one. I used butter and chocolate chunks to replace the peanut butter, and this works. As like always, i dry roasted rolled oats before preparing this cookies. If you are using quick cooking oats you can skip the dry roasting part.

Chocolate Chia Seeds Milk

If you are looking for a healthy drink then dont forget to check my today's easy breezy chocolate loaded chia seeds milk. Very simple to make, this chocolate milk suits prefect for anyone's breakfast or else for a mid morning brunch. With just 4 ingredients, one can prepare this incredible drink with easy cooking process. Apart from the chia seed's soaking time, this drink is seriously very quick to make. Once chilled, trust me this drink will definitely fill anyone's hungry tummy quickly than you imagine. And this milk is my kid's favourite. Though the climate is too chilled, my kids enjoy this drink for their brunch. Its winter vacation here,hence i prepare this drink before i leave to work so that my kids can enjoy this milk once they wake up.

Crunchy No Bake Chocolate Cereal Squares

My kids love to have their breakfast with chocolate cereals or else with wholegrain cereal flakes along with chilled milk. Obviously my pantry will have different sorts of cereals, however whenever i do my weekly grocery, i dont forget to grab some packets of cereals as well. When i picked Kid's delight -Chocolate as theme for this week's blogging marathon, i was very much sure to prepare some no bake cereal squares with peanut butter and chocolate for this week's theme. Just with 3 simple ingredients and an easy breezy microwaving cooking process is quite enough to dish out this super crunchy cereal squares.

Cinnamon Hot Chocolate

Hot Chocolate is my younger one's most favourite drink. Flavored with any spices or with vanilla, he can just drink his mug of hot chocolate without any fuss. Obviously when i picked Kid's delight-chocolate as theme, i couldnt think more than preparing my kid's favourite hot chocolate but flavored with cinnamon. Varieties of Hot chocolates do exists, however drinking chocolate or cocoa is definitely a comforting food while the weather is super chilled or rainy outside. European style of hot chocolates tends to be highly rich and thick while in United States, hot chocolates are simple and easy to make thinner versions. Not to forget that hot chocolates always have distinctive additives or toppings.

Cheese Chocolate Sandwich/Grilled Cheesy Chocolate Sandwich

Am sure most of you will be wondering how cheese and chocolate works together in a sandwich after reading the name of my today's post. Actually i crossed this cheese chocolate sandwich video in Youtube channel and i seriously want to give a try to this unique combination. Actually this cheese and chocolate sandwich is quite a known Mumbai streetfood. Cheese brings a mild salty taste while having this dark chocolate sandwich. After grilling this sandwich, those melted cheese-chocolate combination makes this sandwich more delicious than you can imagine.

Apple & Nutella Galette

After three months break, am kick starting the usual three days of blogging marathon with a fantastic theme, my theme for this week's blogging marathon is Apple Desserts. Apple is the fruit we get almost every season of the year. From red apples to golden apples, apples are my favourite fruits, but unfortunately i cant eat them as am allergic to this ultimate fruit. Obviously i bake many delightful baked goodies or desserts with this incredible fruit to please my tastebuds. Since i picked Apple desserts as theme for this week's blogging marathon, i baked three fantastic baked dishes with apples. Eggless Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies

My pantry will always have smooth peanut butter and this nut butter is our family favourite. I love to dish out from smoothies to desserts with this smooth butter. And this butter is seriously versatile, you can dish out many tremendous bakes out of it. I have been looking for a chance to bake some peanut butter swirl brownies for a while as my younger one was asking something sweet to satisfy his sweet tooth. During weekend, i baked this ultimate peanut butter swirl brownies which is completely egg free but loaded with peanut butter to satisfy some hungry tummies.

Eggless Double Chocolate Oats Cookies

I cant imagine a kid's party without chocolates, chocolates are always favourite among the kids. Baked anything with chocolates makes everyone happy at home. Earlier when i was at home, i do bake loads of goodies, but now life is super busy and i dont have enough time to bake. However i try to bake during weekends just to please my kids. Today's post is something delicious, healthy and definitely a kid's friendly baked goodies. Loaded with rolled oats, this double chocolate cookies are excellent to munch with a cup of tea or coffee.

Peanut Butter & Chocolate Granola

Peanut butter is our family weakness, my pantry will always have this delicious spread. Peanut butter is definitely a healthy ingredient if consumed with moderation, however i have been adding this incredible vegan butter in most of my bakes as we are ardent fan of this butter. One of my recent try with this peanut butter is this baked and dangerously addictive peanut butter and chocolate granola. One can finish their breakfast or brunch easily with this absolutely delicious granola. Since i want to skip the normal butter usually added while making granola, i simply went on with smooth peanut butter. If you want to plan something earlier for your weekend brunch i'll definitely advise you to make this beautiful granola a day before.

Strawberry, Chocolate & Muesli Smoothie

Muesli, just love adding them in most of my drinks now, just to have my dose of fibre as they are loaded with my favourite wholegrain 'Oats' and dry fruits. Since ever we enjoyed thoroughly in smoothies and shakes, i couldnt resist to add them in most of my breakfast smoothie. Though am not a breakfast person, i love to grab and have a glass of smoothie without any fuss, this way i can finish my breakfast quickly without missing the goodness of fruits and wholegrains. Coming to my today's smoothie, i prepared this breakfast smoothie for my kids for their brunch as we are in vacation. When its vacation, nothing will happen at time, sometime we skip even our breakfast and go directly to lunch. But this time i dont want my kids to skip their breakfast and opted for this breakfast smoothie.

Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chips Puffs

My kids are ardent fans of peanut butter and chocolate, obviously if i bake anything with peanut butter or with chocolate chips or else with both together, they will be double happy and enjoy having those bakes without any guilt. One among those baked goodies i have tried recently is this super flaky puffs which is simply stuffed with a teaspoon of smooth peanut butter which i topped with chocolate chips. This puffs goes for easy baking as well, this incredibly flaky puffs gets ready easily within 15-20minutes. Trust me, this puffs are seriously very dangerously addictive and kids will definitely go crazy if they saw this super flaky puffs.

White Chocolate Maltesers Fudge

Fudge is a kind of confectionary which can be prepared easily with less efforts and with less ingredients. One can dish out this incredible soft and smooth fudge easily though this dish asks for more than two hours of cooling process. Most of us makes fudge with chocolate, sweetened condensed milk while some goes for milk, sugar and butter along with chopped chocolate chunks or chocolate chips. You can add nuts or dry fruits in fudge though my today's fudge goes for maltesers, the addition of maltesers will definitely gives this fudge a fabulous delicious and crunchy texture. When i served this fudges to my kids, they kept on munching. Yes trust me, this dangerously addictive fudges is a big hit among my kids.

Flourless Chocolate Muffins

My craving for chocolate pulled me to check for a gluten free, oil free and hassle free muffins, i googled immediately and ended up with a blender friendly recipe in which i made few changes according to our tastebuds. Trust me this muffins are super quick and very easy to make. This flourless muffins will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth, yes this muffins eventhough without flour, came out extremely spongy, moist and ultimate. You doesnt need any specific gadget, just a blender is quite enough. You can even go for a one bowl preparation, i used almond meal instead of flour and peanut butter instead of butter. If you want to make the same muffins with flour, just go on. However you wont miss the flour in this muffins.

Fudgy Jam Brownies

Brownies, this rich chocolate loaded baked dessert are quite famous for their fudgy texture. Usually served for desserts for their fudgy or cakey texture, these square shaped brownies are seriously my kids favourite. They can just have brownies anytime of the day as they just love it to the core. Obviously everytime i plan something with chocolates i usually end up with brownies. Needless to say how we love brownies at home. Actually i had a small bottle of strawberry jam sitting for a while in my fridge as none want to have in their bread toast. Instead of trashing it, i used for  making this fudgy and super jammy brownies.

One Bowl Coffee Cake

I love coffee flavoured bakes, especially in cakes. I will be posting baking goodies during this month of december as am running 13 days of Bakeathon. Obviously thrice a week, you may able to see different bakes in my space. For the first day am kick starting this year's Bakeathon with a sweet note that too with my favourite coffee flavoured cake. This coffee cake was sitting in my draft for more than a month, yes i baked this cake for a baking event but i couldnt able to post it in time, but never mind finally i can post this super flavourful spongy cake for Bakeathon. Its time to clear my draft posts especially the baked goodies sitting for a while.Seriously i need to thank Srivalli for pulling me to clear my drafts. Coming to this coffee cake,this cake is simply prepared with usual cake batter flavoured with coffee granules along with chocolate chips and crushed cookie.
