Some recipes doesnt need a specific name and you can just name it like that, but few recipes need a prefect name to tempt the readers, am i rite? its happened to me today, actually while preparing today's post, i dunno how to name this dish, but finally i decided to name it as pizza wreath.Initially i want to name this bread as flower bread and finally went for pizza wreath, i dunno whether this name suits prefectly but i loved the name of this bread. This cheesy pizza wreath makes an excellent finger food, one can have this bread as a side with a bowl of soup or simply for their dinner.
Whoever loves pizza will definitely go crazy with this edible wreath, i prepared home made pizza dough for making this wreath, if you dont feel like making your pizza dough, just go with the store bought ones. Store bought dough, and store bought pizza sauce will be very handy and this wreath gets ready in a jiffy if you stick with the store bought ones. However i prefer making mine with home made pizza dough, anyhow the choice is yours.

Pasta sauce as per need
Grated cheese as per need
Roll the pizza dough as medium sized circle.
Spread generously the pizza sauce, sprinkle the grated cheese as per need over it.
Roll it tightly as a log and bring the edges together to form a crown, seal the edges well.
With scissors make cuts 2/3 of the way through the ring at 1-inch intervals.
Turn each section on it's side, to show off the swirled filling.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap sprayed with cooking spray. Let rise until double, about 40 to 50 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350F, sprinkle some grated cheese on the top of the wreath.
Bake for 25-30minutes until the pizza wreath turns golden brown.
