Chickpeas are nutritious and they are packed with proteins, making a simple chaat with chickpeas aka chana doesnt need anything exclusive as ingredient. Whenever i crave for them, i'll make this chickpeas chaat either with white chickpeas or brown chickpeas. However the brown chickpeas are highly nutritious in value when compared with the white ones, and these brown chickpeas have their important place in my pantry. Cooked chickpeas
Cooked and cubed Potatoes
Chopped tomatoes
Thick yogurt (as per need)
Green chutney & Sweet Chutney
Sev (as per need)
Take enough chickpeas, top it with cubed potatoes and chopped tomatoes.
Drop enough yogurt and spoon enough green chutney followed by sweet chutney.
Now top it with sev.
Enjoy immediately.
