Usually waffles are sweet but my today's waffle is a savory one. This savory waffles cames out extremely crispy and everyone at home just loved having this waffles for their breakfast. Mashed potatoes is the main ingredient for making this waffles. If you have leftover mashed potates, then you should give a try to this beautiful brunch waffle. 2 cups Mashed potato
1/2 cup All-purpose flour
2nos Eggs
2tbsp Olive oil
2tbsp Garlic (minced)
1tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Sea salt
Preheat your waffle iron,
Whisk the eggs, oil, mix together well, add in the mashed potatoes.
Add the garlic, and mix well.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Combine everything together as a thick batter.
Spread 1/3 of the mixture into your waffle iron and cook according to the directions of your waffle iron.
Serve warm.
