Fudgy Jam Brownies

Brownies, this rich chocolate loaded baked dessert are quite famous for their fudgy texture. Usually served for desserts for their fudgy or cakey texture, these square shaped brownies are seriously my kids favourite. They can just have brownies anytime of the day as they just love it to the core. Obviously everytime i plan something with chocolates i usually end up with brownies. Needless to say how we love brownies at home. Actually i had a small bottle of strawberry jam sitting for a while in my fridge as none want to have in their bread toast. Instead of trashing it, i used for  making this fudgy and super jammy brownies.

Fudgy Jam Brownies, Strawberry Jam Brownies

As i told earlier, am running 13days of bakeathon and i will posting different bakes for this event. I'll be posting 3 bakes every week during every monday, wednesday and friday for this month of december. After posting a one bowl coffee cake, my today's post goes for this jam rich brownies. This ultimate brownies makes an excellent dessert or evening snacks depending upon how you serve this fudgy and jam rich brownies. Though i used strawberry jam, any fruit jam or fresh fruits chunks can make this prefect fudgy brownies as well. However this brownies came out prefect and my kids enjoyed thoroughly.
