Eggless Baked Camembert Bread Wreath

Camembert -  a popular soft, creamy, cow's milk cheese which was first made in 18th century at Camembert, in Normandy region of Northern France. This cheese have their place in every house mostly in their cheese platter. Yes French peoples are sucker of cheese and they never fail to have some creamy cheese with some baguette during their meal. Its quite a routine even i have now our cheese platter at home. Cheese and desserts are must if you are inviting French peoples to your place for a get together. I always want to bake something with this incredible camembert cheese and finally i tried my hands to bake a simple, easy and fantastic bread wreath. Trust me, this bread doesnt need any spread to have with. Just pull a roll, dip into those melted oozing camembert cheese and enjoy, how easy na.

Eggless Baked camembert bread wreath

I have baked this incredible Eggless bread with camembert few months back for a baking contest. I was looking for a theme to post this bread in my space, finally when i picked pull apart breads as theme for this week's blogging marathon, i didnt hesitate a second to go with this bread wreath for my today's post. If you get a chance to get camembert or you love this cheese very much, dont forget to give a try to this bread. This cheese overloaded bread will definitely please your tastebuds, am sure you will fallen in love with this bread. As i told earlier, this bread is going to this week's blogging marathon.

Eggless bread wreath, Baked camembert bread wreath

4cups All purpose flour
1tbsp Instant yeast
1/2tsp Baking powder
1tsp Sugar
2tbsp Olive oil
1tsp Dried herbs (thymn leaves, oregano leaves)
1/2tsp Salt
1+1/2cup Luke Warm water
1/2tsp Cumin seeds
1/2tsp Red chilly flakes
1no Camembert
Milk (for brushing)
1pinch Garam masala
Few dried herbs
Sesame seeds
Flax seeds

In a bowl mix the flour, yeast,baking powder, sugar,dried herbs,cumin seeds, red chilly flakes,olive oil and salt, add the luke warm water into the flour and knead as a soft dough.

Dough should be smooth not wet. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.

Now drizzle the dough with oil and transfer it into a bowl and cover it with the cling film.

Let the dough rest at a warm place  until it doubles in size.

Take the camembert and make slashes gently, insert the chopped garlic cloves, sprinkle some dried herbs, pinch of garam masala and transfer it to a baking paper lined baking tray.

Now punch the doubled dough and divide the dough 16 small balls of dough.

Roll it well and place around the camembert, keep aside in an warm place for an hour.

Preheat the oven to 350F, brush the top of bread with milk, springle the sesame seeds and flax seeds as per need.

Bake in middle rack for 20-25minutes until the crust of the bread turns golden brown.

Pull a bread roll and dip into the melted cheese and enjoy.
