Quiche is a well known French dish, an excellent street food to enjoy warm when the weather is chilled. Quiche can be prepared very much well at home, as this dish calls for simple ingredients. Here in Paris, storebought quiche have pork in them, hence i dont grab them from stores as they are seriously very easy to bake out with any meats or vegetables of our choice. Though i have already posted varieties of quiche in my blog, so many variations do exists. From crust to crustless, quiche can be baked within few minutes at home. Even a kid can bake out some fabulous quiche with an adult's help.
As i told earlier, quiche can be prepared with any sort of vegetables, though our favourite is always potatoes and cherry tomatoes. My kids just love quiche with anything. Obviously when i picked Kid's delight - mini dishes as theme for this week's blogging marathon, i couldnt think more than dishing out my kid's favourite quiche but as crustless and mini version. Quite an easy dish to bake and to enjoy warm either with a bowl of salad or soup. If you dont have enough time to dish out your dinner dont forget to bake out this quick, simple and nutritious protein rich quiche for your dinner.

I want to make this, this looks so tasty and tempting to me. have been thinking to make it. perfect for kids parties or small gathering.loved it.
when I make these crustless quiche or frittata muffins I don't usually include flour - The flour must make them taste more like a pastry - Will have to try this way next time
