Eggless speculoos icecream without icecream Maker
Back home after few days, i was planning for making an icecream without an icecream maker, while going through few of my paper cutting from French magazine, this icecream with speculoos caught my eyes, obviously i tried immediately to please my kids. Since we had a nasty rainy summer during the whole months of July and August, suddenly its too hot now in september however we are enjoying this drastic climate change with homemade juices, shakes and icecreams. The original recipe went for eggs, which i simply replaced with sweetened condensed milk else i followed the recipe exactly as like the original recipe went for. This icecream doesnt go for any special gadgets, just a beater and blender is enough to make this creamy, delicious icecream. Yes this icecream is made at home simply without the famous icecream maker. This post goes to CC Challenge of the month.
