Rajma Cutlet/Kidney Beans Patties/Rajma Tikki

If you are a vegetarian, and dunno how to get your daily dose of protein in your vegetarian diet, then dont forget to add beans in your diet. Make sure to have your dose of beans atleast everyday. Dry beans like chickpeas, kidney beans, black-eyed peas etc have their important place in my pantry. I never fail to get them from provisional stores whenever i cross them. Its quite a routine for me to dish many healthy dishes out of this nutritious protein rich beans aka legumes. Obviously needless to say that these beans are our family favourite and i dont forget to cook with them atleast everyday. When its comes to feed my kids, i dont even hesitate a second to cook these legumes from breakfast to dinner. We just love them in our daily meals.

Rajma Tikki, Red Kidney Beans Patties
