Paruppu Podi Idli Upma/Idli Upma with Dal Spice Powder

Idli, this steamed rice cakes are the most favourite Breakfast of South Indians especially for Tamilians. Idli batter is a life saver and most of the South Indian house will definitely have this batter to serve some crispy dosas or spongy idlies to their family easily or else to treat some sudden guests with many delicious dishes out of this idli batter. Leftover idlis can also suits prefectly to make excellent breakfast the next day too. Obviously if i make idlis, i dont forget to keep aside few idlis to make my favourite idli upma out of it. With simple ingredients, those leftover idlies makes a super delicious filling breakfast. Though many versions of idli upma do exists, my today's post is one of the easiest upma, you can dish out quickly with less efforts.

Peanut Butter & Chocolate Granola

Peanut butter is our family weakness, my pantry will always have this delicious spread. Peanut butter is definitely a healthy ingredient if consumed with moderation, however i have been adding this incredible vegan butter in most of my bakes as we are ardent fan of this butter. One of my recent try with this peanut butter is this baked and dangerously addictive peanut butter and chocolate granola. One can finish their breakfast or brunch easily with this absolutely delicious granola. Since i want to skip the normal butter usually added while making granola, i simply went on with smooth peanut butter. If you want to plan something earlier for your weekend brunch i'll definitely advise you to make this beautiful granola a day before.

Oats Masala Roti

Oats, this wholegrain is my all time favourite and my kids do love this fibre rich grains. Obviously my pantry will always have this healthy ingredient. Though i have already posted couple of dishes with this healthy oats, i have still few dishes to cook and share with you all. One of my draft post was this healthy oats masala roti, this roti is prepared with both whole wheat flour and oats, usually grounded rolled oats are added to the whole wheat flour to make the dough. My today's recipe is quite different and definitely a healthy dish to serve everybody at home. Yes a simple stuffing prepared with rolled oats and chopped onions is needed to prepare this excellent Oats Masala Roti.

Eggless Chocolate Chips & Almond Butter Muffins

A brunch is a late morning meal eaten instead of breakfast and lunch. Weekend brunch have their important place as we dont have enough time to have our breakfast or lunch together during the week days. Honestly brunch is my favourite moment of mine, as i can make and enjoy my favourite bakes or foods with my kids and hubby. Though sometimes i dont plan or prepare something, some of our brunch goes for easy breezy, instant preparation. However most of our brunch will definitely have either muffins or cookies loaded with both fruits and chocolates, as we are ardent fan of chocolates.
