Peanut Butter & Chocolate Granola

Peanut butter is our family weakness, my pantry will always have this delicious spread. Peanut butter is definitely a healthy ingredient if consumed with moderation, however i have been adding this incredible vegan butter in most of my bakes as we are ardent fan of this butter. One of my recent try with this peanut butter is this baked and dangerously addictive peanut butter and chocolate granola. One can finish their breakfast or brunch easily with this absolutely delicious granola. Since i want to skip the normal butter usually added while making granola, i simply went on with smooth peanut butter. If you want to plan something earlier for your weekend brunch i'll definitely advise you to make this beautiful granola a day before.

Peanut Butter and Chocolate Granola

A lazy brunch or for a healthy brunch, am sure this peanut butter loaded chocolate granola will definitely fill easily some hungry tummies with less efforts. You can even munch these beauties for a healthy evening snacks as well. This granola can be conserved easily for more than a week if stored properly in an air tightened box but trust me, this granola will gets vanished very much quickly than you can imagine.
