Am running this week's blogging marathon with 'Glass Desserts' as theme for this week. After two lipsmacking glass desserts, am sharing this irresistible chocolate mousse parfait with healthy rolled oats.Though this dessert calls for chocolate, still this mousse dessert is definitely healthy as its loaded with chocolate coated rolled oats. The crunchiness of this oats gives an interesting texture to this lipsmacking dessert. Give a try if you want something delicious for your dessert.

2cups Heavy cream
1cup Semi sweet chocolate chips
4tbsp Butter
1cup Rolled oats
1/4cup Dark chocolate bar (chopped roughly)

In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream until they turns smooth and stiff, keep it in fridge.

Meanwhile take the chocolate chips and butter in a bowl.

Put this bowl on the top of the simmering water sauce pan, make sure the water should not touch the bottom of the chocolate bowl.

Melt the chocolate completely, stir continously and remove it,let it cool for few seconds.

Now gently drop the whipped cream and slowly fold it.

Dont deflate the whipped cream, take care of it.

Transfer the mousse to a piping bag and keep in fridge for atleast an hour.

Dry roast the rolled oats in a pan, add the chopped dark chocolate bar and toast the oats until it gets well coated with chocolate, remove the pan from stove and let it cool.

Squeeze the chocolate mousse in a glass, top it with enough stove topped chocolate toasted oats, then followed by chocolate mousse, continue the same process.

Serve this mousse parfait immediately.
